The situation
A multi-product unit running key commercial APIs where batch-to-batch behaviour had become the daily conversation - the same process giving different outcomes on different days.
What we did
Went through the batch records line by line. Mapped where the process actually varied - charge rates, hold times, temperatures riding the edge of their windows. Tightened the operating windows, fixed the parameters that mattered, and worked with the plant team until the discipline held without us.
