The situation
Ongoing commercial molecules with plant-level problems - the kind that don't reproduce in the lab and don't explain themselves in the data alone.
What we did
Worked at the vessel, not just the spreadsheet. Refined the reactions, investigated failures where they happened, and adjusted the process at the parameter level until the plant's real conditions and the process agreed.
